Ingredients:
For the Chicken Marinade:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, cumin, salt, and pepper.
