- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet.

- If desired, add lemon juice and Italian herbs at this stage for extra flavor.
- Combine and Serve:
- Toss the cooked chicken bites in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy:
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice, pasta, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Tips:
- Add Veggies: Feel free to toss in some vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, or green beans for a more balanced dish.
- Make it Spicy: Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat if you like.
- Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
