Fried Potato With Onion

Ingredients

  •  3-4 large potatoes
  •  1 sliced onion
  •  frying oil
  •  Green Onion Topping
  •  Salt / pepper to taste

Instruction

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, about 1/3/4 thick.
  2. Heat the oil in a seasoned skillet or non-stick skillet. Carefully add the potatoes to the hot oil. Book short.
  3. Sauté the potatoes until crispy, about 20 to 25 minutes. Do not stir quickly, but turn well, try to keep them intact and not boil.
  4. Just before the potatoes start to crisp, add the sliced onions to the potatoes and continue cooking for the last 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper and a garnish of green onions while you try to mix the seasoning together, but keep the potatoes as intact as possible.
  6. Garnished with green onions, serving with ketchup & enjoy!
