Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 oz) box of stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth (or water) until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is evenly coated with butter.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is fluffy.
- Once cooked, you can garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
