CROCKPOT CHICKEN AND STUFFING RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 oz) box of stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth (or water) until well combined.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is evenly coated with butter.
  6. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup mixture in the crockpot.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is fluffy.
  8. Once cooked, you can garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing!
