1 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 package (16 oz/450 g) shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi

1 1/4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter option)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups baby spinach (optional)

Instructions:

Sear the Chicken:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
