Ingredients

- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
- Cook or prep chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet 4–5 min per side until done, or shred rotisserie chicken.
- Prep lettuce: Wash and chop romaine, pat dry.
- Prepare dressing: Whisk Caesar dressing; optional: add lemon juice or extra Parmesan.
- Warm tortillas (optional): Heat 20–30 seconds per side in a skillet or oven.
- Assemble wraps: Lay tortilla flat, add lettuce, chicken, dressing, and optional toppings.
- Roll tightly: Fold sides in, roll from bottom to top. Slice diagonally.
- Serve: Immediately or wrap for meal prep; keep dressing separate if storing.
