Chicken & Potatoes


  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chop
  • 1 c thick cream
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c chop fresh parsley
  • 3-4 potatoes, peeled & quartered


  1. Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
  2. Seasoning chicken breasts with salt also pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  4. Removing chicken from the pan & set apart.
  5. In same skillet, adding chopped garlic also cooking for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  6. Pour in thick cream & simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Stirring in grated parmesan also chopped parsley.
  8. Adding potato wedges to pan and blending in the sauce.
  9. Transfering skillet to the preheated oven also baking for 20 to 25 mn
  10. Serving chicken also hot potatoes with garlic parmesan cream sauce with a spoon.
