Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chop
- 1 c thick cream
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c chop fresh parsley
- 3-4 potatoes, peeled & quartered
Instruction
- Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
- Seasoning chicken breasts with salt also pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Removing chicken from the pan & set apart.
- In same skillet, adding chopped garlic also cooking for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Pour in thick cream & simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stirring in grated parmesan also chopped parsley.
- Adding potato wedges to pan and blending in the sauce.
- Transfering skillet to the preheated oven also baking for 20 to 25 mn
- Serving chicken also hot potatoes with garlic parmesan cream sauce with a spoon.
