Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) cooked egg noodles, drained
- Grilled chicken meat, shredded
- Two (10-ounce) packages Thick Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instruction
- Preheat oven 350°F and grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. sit apart.
- In a mixing bowl, stir chicken, condensed soup, mayonnaise, milk, onion, cheese, and frozen vegetables together. Gently mix the egg noodles and spread the mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle panko bread crumbs evenly on top, then drizzle with melted butter. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 30-35 minutes. Leave it 5 minutes before serving.
