Broccoli and cheddar

ingredients

  • twelve (about half a 1.5-pound bag)
  • Small potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp. tea
  • salt
  • A quarter of a teaspoon. tea
  • garlic powder
  • Half a cup
  • Steamed cauliflower, chopped
  • 3/4 cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Instruction

  1. We put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes and let them cool until you can handle them (I put them in an ice chest to speed this step up!)
  2. Slice the potatoes a long way in and use your spoon to scoop out the paper towels, being careful to leave enough texture around the skins so that they are firm enough to stuff inside.
  3. Using a fork, crush the potato napkin. Add milk, salt, garlic powder and pound until rich.
  4. Mix broccoli with ½ cup of cheddar cheese. Using a spoon, fill potato skins with mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and heat at 400°F for 10 minutes, until the cheddar begins to brown. Serve immediately.
