Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Use the back of a measuring cup to pack it down tightly.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool slightly.
3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the chopped Toblerone, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined.
4. Bake the Cheesecake:
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. The edges should be firm and the top should be lightly golden.
