Ingredients:
- 9 lasagne sheets (oven-ready or par-cooked according to package instructions)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Tomato Sauce:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 large egg

Instructions:
