Serves: 4
Ingredients:
-
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
-
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
4 tbsp butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
-
Cook Ravioli:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Sear the Steak:
While ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add to the hot skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak and set aside. -
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. -
Combine & Toss:
Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Return steak to the pan and toss everything together until warmed through. -
Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and more Parmesan, if desired.
Tips:
-
Want a creamier version? Add a splash of heavy cream or a dollop of cream cheese to the garlic butter.
-
Swap steak for grilled chicken or mushrooms for a variation.
-
Serve with crusty bread to mop up the sauce!
