Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved to make 4 cutlets)

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • Oil for frying

Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

For Assembling:

  • 4 brioche buns (toasted)

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

  • Pickles (optional)

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken:

    • In a bowl, mix buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Add chicken cutlets and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

  2. Fry the chicken:

    • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

    • Dredge marinated chicken in flour, pressing to coat well.

    • Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

  3. Make the buffalo sauce:

    • Whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).

    • Toss fried chicken in the sauce until coated.

  4. Assemble the sandwich:

    • Spread dressing on both sides of toasted buns.

    • Layer lettuce, buffalo chicken, tomato slices, and pickles.

    • Add extra dressing or drizzle with more buffalo sauce, if desired.

Optional Add-Ons:
