Easy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Easy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo is a simple and delicious dish typically made with sautéed chicken breast, steamed broccoli florets, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, served over pasta. Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked fettuccine or pasta of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until they are no longer pink inside, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Steam the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until it starts to simmer. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine Everything: Add the cooked chicken and broccoli back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir everything together until well coated and heated through.
  5. Serve: Serve hot over cooked fettuccine or your favorite pasta. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

This dish is quick to prepare and perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner!
