1 bay leaf

1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for a dairy-free option

Dumplings:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons butter or vegan butter, melted
Instructions:
Prepare the Soup:
