Here’s a basic recipe for Classic Bruschetta:

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, halved
  • 4-5 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
