CHICKEN STEAKS

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Chicken spices
  • Oil
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 150 grams of breadcrumbs

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut the chicken, season it with salt and chicken spices. Leave it for about 30 minutes. Make a dough from flour, salt, and water. It should be as thick as sour cream. Soak the chicken in the dough and roll it in the breadcrumbs. Fry it in oil.
  2. 2. Serve the steaks with vegetables, rice, or potatoes. Enjoy!
