Caesar Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) pasta (rotini, penne, or farfalle)
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Prepare the Dressing:
In a large bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, croutons, chopped Romaine lettuce, red onion, and parsley (if using) to the bowl with the dressing.
If adding chicken, include it in this step as well.
Toss the Salad:
