Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Recipe

This creamy and flavorful pasta dish is inspired by Buffalo Wild Wings’ famous Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta. It’s easy to make at home and perfect for a comforting dinner!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or your choice of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

  • While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

3. Make the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Combine:

  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Add the sliced chicken on top.

5. Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Chicken Options: You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or even use pre-cooked chicken for a quicker meal.
  • Add Vegetables: For added nutrition, consider tossing in some sautéed spinach, broccoli, or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Leftovers: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This Buffalo Wild Wings-inspired Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is sure to become a favorite in your household! Enjoy!
