Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups cooked egg noodles

1 cup sour cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the beef mixture:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Stir in ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the creamy base:

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in cooked egg noodles until well combined.
3. Assemble the casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the noodle mixture on the bottom.

4. Bake:
