Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are moist and flavorful muffins made with ripe bananas and chocolate chips. They combine the sweetness of bananas with the rich taste of chocolate, making them a popular choice for breakfast or as a snack. The muffins are typically easy to make, requiring basic ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and of course, mashed ripe bananas and chocolate chips. They are baked until golden brown and are enjoyed warm or at room temperature.

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 ripe bananas, mashed

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
-
Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
-
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
