Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours (overnight for the best flavor).
