Creamy garlic prawns recipe

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Creamy Garlic Prawns:

Ingredients:

  • 500g (1 lb) raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cooked rice or pasta, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Prawns:
    • Season the prawns with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Prawns:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
