Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. Large peeled and flowered shrimp with tails
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tablespoons. Unsalted butter
- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
- C. white cooking wine
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ c. Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry on both sides until burnt and cooked through. Removing From heat also set apart.
- Minimize heat to medium, & adding butter also garlic to the skillet. Frying until butter melts.
- Stirring white cooking wine in a skillet & simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
- Whisk heavy whipping cream in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese with the sauce and add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring well.
