Ingredient
- Cauliflower florets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Curry Powder
Instructions
Preheat air-fryer or toaster oven to 400-degrees. Add a bag of cauliflower florets into a medium bowl. Cut the larger florets in half.
In a custard cup, blend olive oil with the curry powder. Drizzle the oil mixture over cauliflower and toss to coat the florets well.
Pour florets evenly in a parchment-lined air-fryer basket and bake until nicely browned (about 20 minutes). ENJOY!
