Strawberry Cloud Cake
The Strawberry Cloud Cake is a no-bake, airy delight made with fluffy whipped cream, sweet strawberries, and soft layers of cake or graham crackers. It’s chilled until set, giving it a cloud-like texture and a refreshing fruity flavor — perfect for spring and summer gatherings!
Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 cups heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package ladyfingers, pound cake slices, or graham crackers

Optional garnish: more strawberries, mint leaves, or white chocolate shavings
Instructions:

Prepare the strawberries:

Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice.

Let sit for 15–20 minutes to macerate and release their juices.

Whip the cream:

In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the layers:

In a loaf pan or trifle dish, add a layer of cake (or crackers), then spread a generous layer of whipped cream.

Add a layer of strawberries (with some juices), then repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream.
