Everything Bagel Egg Bake

Here’s a delicious and easy Everything Bagel Egg Bake recipe, perfect for breakfast or brunch! It combines the flavors of an everything bagel with a savory egg casserole.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers or onions (optional)
  • 3-4 everything bagels (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the baking dish)
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Baking Dish:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
